(20 meters is the maximum range for the new ball, and the maximum distance can only be reached when the adapter is inserted. ETPU balls are easy to clean. Please wipe them clean if they get dirty, otherwise it may cause a short circuit of the device.
• Accessories upgrade: 6 of the latest 2.5 inch ETPU balls are included as standard, which are lighter and have a longer range. The balls are designed for safety and durability, making them ideal for pets to fetch. Built-in 1500mAh high capacity battery that is fully charged in about 3 hours, or for charging with the included power supply.
• Important notes: only one ball can be inserted into the ball launcher at a time. If more than one ball is inserted into the ball launcher at the same time, wait at least 5 seconds before inserting the next ball, otherwise the machine will jam. This Max Ball Launcher only works with our 2.5″ ETPU balls. Other balls are not compatible with our launcher. Additional sets of 6 balls are available in our shop.
