Refund & Returns Policy – FURRY FUN TOYS

At FURRY FUN TOYS, we want you and your furry companions to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Returns Policy outlines your rights and our procedures for returns, refunds, and order issues across the UK and EU.


1. Order Processing & Shipping

We aim to process and dispatch all orders promptly. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details via email.

Important:
If you do not receive shipping confirmation or tracking details within 7 days of your purchase, you are entitled to an immediate full refund, no questions asked.


2. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging
  • The return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order (in line with UK and EU consumer protection laws)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Used pet toys
  • Opened consumables or treats
  • Items damaged due to misuse

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos and a description of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

We will offer either:

  • A replacement item, or
  • A full refund (including shipping costs)

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account.


6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking

7. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the standard return process.
